Crepes for Breakfast

Crepes filled with white chocolate cream topped with berries.


Crepe Ingredients

3 Eggs

1 cup Flour

1/4 tsp Salt

1 tbsp. Sugar

1 tbsp. Vanilla

3 tbsp. Butter

1 1/3 cup Milk


Ingredients to crepe filling

2 cups whipping cream

8 oz cream cheese

1 cup white chocolate chips



Berries of your choice

Step one: Pre the white chocolate filling. Poor your whipping cream into a bowl using a hand mixer ==> Hand Mixer <== blend cream until thick. While you are blending the cream place the white chocolate and cream cheese in a sauce pan on medium. Watch carefully and mix frequently until completely melted. Allow it to cool then add it slowly to your whip cream while mixing.

Step Two: Add each of the crepe ingredients in a  blender until you achieve a watered down pancake mix. Once that is ready set your stove to just below medium and make sure to use a non stick pan. When your pan is heated and ready add butter into the pan and pour the mix directly in the center of the pan ( do not fill entire pan). When done pouring spin your pan in a circle motion to spread out the batter making a thin layer. It will only take a couple minutes to be ready to flip! You will want to use a thin flat spatula to flip the crepe  ==>Crepe Spatulas <== . Once flipped wait 2 minutes and remove it from the pan.

Step Three: Add the white chocolate cream in the middle of the crepe then place berries of your choice in it, Then roll the crepe up and you now have a delicious crepe ready to eat!
